This just worked for me - my 10th attempt! I manually typed all the details this time rather than autofilled & it went through.

ok, Next have finally admitted there is a problem & are in the process of fixing it (after several emails!) - I was advised to try again in a few days.

I don't know if this is just a fluke as I haven't previously been able to enter using Firefox, Chrome, or IE, but I was just going through my Facebook likes to clear some out and I came across a like in December 2011 like this:
