Ned is fine Lu just seems to want to escape all the time. Spent an hour yesterday sorting all the fencing out he just follows me round like a dog, so funny. Hes a right character. Still managing the swimming although a bit tired today the last early morning swim at the local pool is tomorrow which is a shame as I really enjoy that one. Will carry on with the evening ones until the pool closes for winter (its outdoor). Just priced the nearest one which is €6 a swim but have to figure in the petrol there and back, would be better with a membership but then thats expensive in one go, may enquire about a direct debit. Got my new contact lenses but theyre not varifocal so means putting reading glasses on too at times so a bit odd and may take some getting used to again. Moneywise skint as usual but still plodding.

Im still here just not getting chance to get on the puter much. Debtwise going ok but no overpayments as had to pay for a trip back to wales for xmas!! Off out tonight to watch Dara O'Briain in killarney really looking forward to that. Then we have a weekend in Dublin early next month and will be seeing John Bishop, all paid for in advance so wont cost any more only a bit of spends. Still swimming we joined the local hotel club not a bad price and Im so glad as I didnt want all my hard work over the summer to come to nothing. Have lost a stone and a half but not much moving at the mo so must try to be good. Have a wedding next March and want to look a bit slimmer so will keep going. Hope everyone is well. Sun is shining today:)

Sorry everyone been out of action since before xmas. Hadthe worst xmas. We were so looking forward to it too. We travelled to wales and after 1 day were all struck down with a nasty tummy bug so that meant at least one of us had it over the xmas until around 28th. That is now known as black day!! I went to go swimming as usual with the DS2 DH was at his parents 50 miles away and was going to have a game of golf. Anyway I got out of the car and the next thing I knew was on the floor with my head dripping with blood. Another car had come around the corner and hit my car knocking me down on the pavement. This then involved DS2 screaming obscenities everywhere a trip in an ambulance kneckboard the whole caboodle. DH gets a call from the hospital to come straight over. Anyway Im ok but still suffering from concussion a month later it was a nightmare couldnt wait to come home. Battered and bruised mostly but its this dizzy stuff when lying down Im struggling with. Hoping to go swimming tonight for a bit of normality but of course will have to take it really easy. Hope everyone had a better time of xmas than moi. Will catch up on the diaries today as Im now able to look at puter without getting a headache. Happy new year everyone.

Thanks so much folks. I have another check up next week feel a bit tired today but am able to rest during the day. I tend to have a couple of good days and probably try to catch up with a few jobs as you do then I feel tired the following day. Doesn't help that DH is getting up at 6 for work at the mo!! Will keep popping in. ;)
