Paid for next day delivery - item arrived 9 days later

The lesson to be learnt is.....
if you sell on ebay it will always be the sellers fault.
?? Not sure where you get this from - I am actually an ebay business seller myselfBut have you actually found out if the seller posted the item late or if the courier actually delayed delivery?
OR, as it appears, you just blame the seller no matter what because you know you can?
Yes, the seller should not have offered (and accepted money for) a service that they could not provide. The courier were acting as an agent for the seller. If you bought a book from say Amazon, and it failed to arrive, would you be taking it up with Amazon, or Royal mail?
As stated, I am a business seller myself and if an item i sold with a premium for next day delivery, failed to arrive, or arrived late, I would
accept responsibility and reimburse my customer. I would then take it up with my courier myself if needs be.
