Benefits single mum living with parent

My daughter has been living rent free in a flat owned (with the bank) by me. She currently gets maternity pay (until March) child benefit and child tax credits and a small amount of working tax credits. Obviously no housing/council tax benefits are claimed.
I am losing my job and home (a rented flat which goes with my job) and will have to move back to the flat currently occupied by my daughter.
If we all live together what benefits can she claim? Will her child tax credits be affected? Will my child tax credits be affected? (I have a 14 year old son). Is there anything else she can claim or does living with me affect her entitlement?
She will be off work without maternity pay from March to June and may not go back to work at the end of her maternity leave.
I will not be claiming any benefits other than CTC as I have savings although I may get 6 months of non means tested JSA. .
Thank you
Julie

How about we give up beneifit bashing and try and answer the Op's questions.
Read martin's advice at the beginning of the forum if you need reminding to be nice.
Op - Go to www.turn2us.org.uk for information about your situation and your daughters. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Maybe I might be allowed to at least wish you good luck in finding another job or is that going to prompt another defensive response and being accused of being incompetent and making silly comments again?0

Op put the idiots on ignore so you dont' have to read their ignorant threads.
In FBabys' defence they can actually have some good advice but i think it sometimes gets lost in translation.
Thanks Poppy. I really didn't mean to come across as patronising, I just can't see the benefit of someone giving up a decent job when they are clearly single especially if they can get help with childcare. I've been a single mum with no financial help from the dad and although it is really tough, in the end, it always pays better to stay in employment.0 -
RAS has given the best advice between jobs. Entitled to will give you a better idea of what benefits would be available to you.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

FBaby - thank you for the good wishes.
Lovinituk - haven't posted on any Forums before so just expected answers to the questions.
Poppie68 - thank you for the advice.
RAS - thank you for the link.0 -

I totally agree employment is always better in the long run and take my hat off to single parents that cope with work and rasing a family.
Maybe there is a specific problem for the ops daughter with working this particular job, some people just dont want to post their entire life story on these forums and after reading some of the posts from the 'new breed' of perfect posters (not a dig at you) who can blame them.0 -
Well, I wish I hadn't asked for advice on this Forum. N0

Op as mentioned earlier by RAS, check out the 'Entitled to' calculator and you should be able to establish what your daughter will be entitled to.
Good luck.0 -

I agree on one hand, but I also think that it is actually by expending on the issues that posters are more likely to show sympathy. It is the posts that givs that flavour of 'I am entitled to benefits and I don't want to work so what can I get' that gets the unpleasant responses. When good reasons are provided to explain the rationale for seeking information on benefits entitlement that goes beyond 'just because I am entitled to it', the tone of the responses become usually more acceptable.0 -

Your daughter's CTC will not be affected from living with you and hers will not be affected living with her.
Hope you get sorted.
