(((Bargainbird))) oh dear, some men can be really childish at times.:(
JackieO I love reading your reminiscences of your DH; it's so obvious that you were so very much in love.:o I'm not exactly renowned for being sentimental - on the contrary, people often see me as quite cold - but your posts give off a warm glow, iyswim.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Had a lovely day so far...had a row with DH <rolls eyes>. I wouldn't wash up the bits in the sink, so he he said he'd smash em, so i said i that mkes you happy crack on...which he did...told him if he thinks i'm clearing it up he's wrong...it's swept up and tidy now (pr1ck).
Have made 4 more corsages..might put them in the shop for the donations pot. Just need buttons and backs putting on em.
I'm enjoying citv retro weekend...raggy dolls, rainbow, super gran etc

Veggie spag bol bubbling away and chocolate muffins and custard to follow. Need comfort food today in the soggy west coast of Scotland.
Lunches and clothes ready for tomorrow when I will be battling my way along the seafront to work :eek:0 -
bargainbird - hugs, sometimes it's like having an extra child isn't it? After many years of trying I have now find the thing that really gets to my DH and shuts him down, he also now knows if he pushes too hard he will wish he hadn't. Although he is better now than he used to be when he was younger, we don't actually argue that much anymore, namely because I just go silent/quiet and go off and do my own thing. I don't get nasty with him I don't need too, I just see it as rising above his behaviour/attitude. PM me if you feel you need too hun xx
Keep safe and well

huge hugs to all who need it and hi to those who dont,
I love reading the posts as its real life and admire people for sharing thier lives, thank you
had a packed day as im off this week so needed stuff done today as ive written huge list of things i want to achieve this week
I took dd horse riding with voucher i won in raffle and it was part of her christmas presents she was thilledand her best friend came alone so happy memories created for both
came back to dh and ds pulling out the attic again, still no sign of mickey mouse so we emptied whole attic, threw all the stuff he had nibbled and was upset as hed beeen very random and chewed lots but thank goodness my wedding dress and the childrens baby clothes and prescious memory boxes id made of thier baby monets and experiences over the years were intact so spent small fortune on plastic boxes with lids and was very ruthless so that we got all we wanted into them,
15 black bags later and loads to charity shop and handed on to friends with children we got there!!!!
exhausted now but nice feeling
even managed to pop chickenin oven and some jackets so had that and dare i say it gravy granules and mixed veg for tea, fab!!!
dh made sandwches for luch boxes whilst i was in the bath and i got the washing sorted, so productive day for change,
as im off this week i plan to declutter and deap clean through and sort all craft stuff so new year new me!!!
just hope i keep it up:A :j0
