I've been with t-mobile for a about 5 years. No issues here.

I've used (and worked for) Three so have seen the good and the bad. Indian call centres can be a mixed bag. Have also been with Orange, O2 and Voda and not really had a problem with them. My mother is with Tesco and have contacted CS on her behalf and there hasn't been a problem with them and she speaks highly of them. As posted above, you could have good or bad experiences with any of them really.

After me informing them about having my mobile phone account hacked into, Vodaphone's only response was to twice tell me that the person responsible is apparently 'very nice and polite'. So, I am switching providers.
So who is best for Customer Services please? All I can find on the forums is criticism but would like to hear positive recommendations if anyone has had good experiences.
    Many thanks!

    Hi BP56134,

It's a shame to read about your dissatisfaction here.

If you're still in need of some assistance could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.

To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Thanks,

    Lee

I've just left Asda Mobile PAYG to move to giffgaff (due to move to a smartphone and a more suitable tariff). But I've always found Asda Mobile extremely competent and efficient, which is odd considering that it presumably uses the same Scottish call centre as Vodafone?

I've just celebrated being a customer of 3UK for 10 years, and apart from minor CS niggles I could not fault them.

Sure, I'd prefer if they had an onshore CS centre (like Asda), but in view of the cost savings and value provided, it's not an issue.
