Can someone help with downloading please...

main menu > file manager (for o2, virgin, unbranded handsets etc)
if the phone is orange branded, it is usually in position no.1 (top left icon)
if the phone is 3 branded, press key 7

My phone is 3 branded. I have pressed key 7 which brings up 'All Files'.

I then have the option of
camera album
music
pictures
videos
themes
web pages
games
applications
other (which has a few songs which were with the phone, and some i have put on).

Am I looking in the right place?

yes thats the file manager.

well thats where format is located on my k750i.

just had a look at the k800i manual, and noticed that the k800i has a slightly different file manager to the k750i.

press left on the joystick until you get to the 'on memory stick' tab (in the file manager) , then press more and it should say format memory card (or similar)

Thank you - done that, and now when I put the M2 long adaptor with the card into the card reader, it still says disk in driver D not formatted!!!

I think I should give up!!
