I know its an old thread but thought id post anyway.
I had really bad staining on the palm of my hands from fake bake & scrubbing ect wouldnt remove it.
i went 2 brush my teeth & noticed that where some of the toothpaste had dripped onto my hands the stains were fading.
I rubbed some of the toothpaste into my hands & it come completely off no problems!
the toothpaste was colgate sensation deep clean whitening with bicarbonate of soda in it.
ive tried it since with other toothpastes without the bicarb in but that never worked very well so think the secrets in the bicarb.
i dont need 2 use latex gloves now when applying my tan as it comes straight off with toothpaste. Hope this helps someone!!0 -
I remember years ago for a laugh we used some fake tan wipes before we went out, we used quite a few each but as the night got on we got darker, we ended the night looking like a Black And White Mistrel ShowIf At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00

I tried fake tanning for the first time the night before a big occasion having comsumed 5 pints of Guinness
Result - the worst streaks you've ever seen. Luckily mate sorted it out for me the next day but I had to go to my occasion stinking of fake tan!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Well I've just dyed my hair (accidently bright ginger I think... i'm too scared to dry it and find out) anyway apparently alcohol removes hair dye from the skin... so maybe fake tan too? Also, apparently its supposed to be whitening toothpaste that you use, not just toothpaste!0
