Ahhh I was assuming school hols were the 2 weeks surrounding Easter, not the two weeks after. I was thinking surely everywhere can't be full the week after the holidays as well and that's because it wasn't after the holidays at all. I did get the park I wanted finally .... for week commencing 15th April

Ironically we were originally planning to go the Good Friday week at the end of March but decided against it because of the school holidays, which in hindsight might have been OK now. :doh:

The holidays seem to vary a bit for each LEA. My youngest is back in school on the wednesday of that week, but eldest has 2 staff training days so he gets the whole week off.

I've had to peel the stickers off the wall planner in the office and bodge them along a week 3 times now :rotfl:

I'd set my heart on going to the Highlands again and when all 3 parks came up with nothing I had a little moment of booking site despair ... but it turned out OK in the end.

Booked mine saturday, didn't get blackpool, but i did get skeggy southview park resorts for 1st april, which is our easter holidays.
Quite pleased, their club passes are cheaper than california cliffs and theres more to do aswell! yay!

But i still do have my 4 nights in calif cliffs in july aswell cause they price matched it last july.

Does anyone know if I can sell my sun holiday? I stupidly booked the wrong week and they dont do refunds unfortunately I wouldnt be looking to make a profit, only to try and regain what I paid

sell it to a friend, family or neighbour, they never ask when you turn up for your keys, as long as it's paid in full and you give them the letter it's ok.
