    Got mail, no sign of card yet though. I've logged in online and I can't get the cinema offers as it says I'm only on a trial!

    Same here!

    I even had to call them because my iPhone app still showed Exp of Feb 2013, so I removed the app and re-installed it and it refused the activation code because I'd already used it, so phoned got through to some 'Welcome to VOIP voicemail' didn't leave a msg but finally got through to a human and they re-set my activation code. The app installed and the correct date was shown Feb 2014 Yipeeee!!

    Just hope it's not something similar with the web?
