Got to a screen where looked like page had not displayed properly. Picture of a Happy New Year and champagne glasses saying register now but could not see anywhere to go any further.

Thanks, I tried that, indeed my address came up. I pressed next and that whole area went white. Don't know if it went through or not now.

The second page asked me if I wanted a card sending out or if I wanted to download the app. I opted for the app option and then it provided an activation code to to type in on the app.

I got the timer as well. And that was after getting there through a different link!

Just looking at the stats for Martin's page there were 46,000 hits on the gourmet page today. No wonder the site crashed - everyone trying to acccess it at 2pm. Even MSE had a 2 minute brainfart of opening.

I guess when you launch an offer like that to 7m people you're going to get a few hits!!

mine got half way loaded and then died the first time on page:
