Have you ever heard of a dongle? Do you know they give you a different IP address every time you switch them off, Do you know what that means?

That you truly are a worthless troll!

Well I sleep soundly enough. Shegirl I love reading your other threads. I feel like I'm getting to know you a little bit, isn't that nice.

I'm pleased to see that your spelling and grammar have improved slightly :T

    An old thread but...

Ds is now 16, he was 13 when I wrote this thread, it was October 2012 they stopped his respite...

Today, finally, after almost 3 years and lots of messing, ignorance and passing the buck, he has finally..... JUST GONE OFF TO THE RESPITE CENTRE THAT HE LOST ALL THAT TIME AGO :j:j:j:j

We've got it back. And I'm sat feeling lost, stuck in some weird time warp and shed a littler tear because it's like having some normality back after all this time :D:D

So pleased for your son, take your time and tomorrow go out and buy an ice cream and do something just for yourself, because you can :j
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

I am so pleased for you both.:j:j:j

Waiting to hear if dd will be moved to a caring environment where she can be assessed properly and helped. Trying to step back a bit so she can get the help she needs but feel bad I cannot do it any longer. We lost DH in May and house will have to be sold etc.

Heart goes out to you OP. Our Son hits 6 in a little over a week, OH taking him to his grandparents for a few days. I almost feel guilty in looking forward to a few days rest from him, yet am looking forward to a break.

Why should you. if your sons needs are above and beyond a normal child. You do need a break.

I had a husband who had a stroke and was left disabled it was hard work to the point we split. He was no longer the man I married and sadly for us neither of us could cope with the changes in each other so we split.

I miss him in my life but I don't miss all the stress and hassle and being the responsible adult any more.

    Enjoy your few days rest.

    Yours

    Calley
