Moggins is, I think, waiting for the arrival of a new computer.grannybroon wrote: »Have had a few concerns of late re Mogs, what has happened to Penineman? Ccstar please come back, also Valenine - we have been in toucht via pm but not heard or had thanks for weeks. Hope all is OK. Also missed Math. However, I know how it is, I try to keep up but sometimes for a few days (or weeks!) things take over.
Pennineman never used to post on OS, then he started, then he stopped again. So I'm not too surprised not to see him on OS, HOWEVER I haven't seen him elsewhere on MSE lately either. Where are you PM?
(Edit: having said thaat I've just realised he's posted in Discussion Time today! come back to OS, PM...)
Valentine - I've been wondering too -hope all is OK.
MATH is at his holiday home where internet access is scarce

grannybroon Havent done the sleep training yet:o i will have to though, i know it does work just the thought of doing it, ds1 fine, trying to find out if i can get him a insulin pump, was told today they cost 3000 pounds so nhs are reluctant to give cause of price, ds1 would have to meet the criteria.
Had probs with dh, he is showing all the classic signs of diabetes:eek: went to dr today and he is a bit underwight, has been losing weight, drinking loads, blurred vision, dizzy, itchy etc, very tired, dr said come back in 2 weeks if still the same, i will check his blood sugar first thing tomorrow, did it this aft and it was normal, so hope it is fine!!
Happy anniversery shez

Don't do too much with your computer and you should be able to recover lost files, but if you load anything on then it may overwrite the area where they were, but it honesty cannot see how a lo can just delete one area! PC genius in the making? (or a hacker even).
Enjoy your weekends everyone, we off away with the caravan to Ripley Castle, near Harrogate, so time on here tomorrow will be short.

Hi.
Another late post for me. I've had another busy day at school, but the weather was sunny so we let the children have a long playtime, which was nice.
After w*** took the girls to Brownies and then delivered our local resident's newsletter to a couple of local streets. I made a quick bread and butter pudding as we had some buttered bread left-over from tea. Now 12 months ago I would have just thrown it away! Only problem is...not so good for the diet!
Also had some good news as I had a great offer for a bike I was selling on Ebay. The guy is travelling over from Lancashire tomorrow evening to collect it. Another £50 to add to our savings! :j

Really, really last one!
Kyle
Just keep an eye on DH and make sure he goes for appointments. Two kinds of diabetes so I make sure he is treated for right one.
Glad your Mum enjoying your brother home - 17 years in service and what a worry. Your sister-in-law off to the Falcons - how on earth do you all cope with it all. Your brother now deserves a last three years easy service but somehow this world doesn't lend itself. I know your Mum ,Twink reads this too, so it is going to her too.
Love and hugs to all of you.

Really, really going!
Just watching Graham Norton and about to go to bed. My thanks button not working at times again so just want to say thanks to all.
Just had a thought Kyle - have you got a restore button on your computer. It might get things back. Just restore for a couple of days.
Love GB xxx0
