I got mine yesterday too no issues and plusnet were brilliant. Better speeds than I was so far told I would get. I also have the techicolor router and my wireless around house seems better in same place as old router and I had wireless n draytek with better aerials.

so far best speed done upload is slower should get 20 and dl 62.2

wow your ping is low I guess speeds are lower due to quality of cable or most likely distance from cabinet
I ordered just before xmas about a week before so in all around 2 weeks, phone is being changed on 17/10 -

Oh that will explain it mine is around 5-6 min walk from house not sure of distance0

Huge difference for you then. I had adsl 2 LLU and got around 12mbps (unlimited) should have got slightly more but probably down to internal wiring very few issues and I noticed so far wireless is slightly better given I paid a few years back £150 for a router plus extra aerials this router is built in aerialBear in mind my normal broadband speed was 0.5mbps. Plus it kept dropping out. I'm delighted with what I've got from Plusnet

I was just about to hardwire the entire house - had all the kit bought - when Plusnet did their setup. I've got a load of wiring and connections lying unused in the garage now lol
