One agent told me I could transfer the number to a PAYG sim, and then transfer it to the sim only plan, but another said there's nothing we can do ma'am. *shrugs*
this could have been done before the number was disconnected. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0 -
You cancelled the contract and closed the account which included the number.
You should have asked to change you tariff to a SIM only deal with the same number.0 -
A disconnected number remains in a "pool" for 6 months before it is returned to the issued network, T-Mobile holds the pool. Register a complaint with Ofcom, I'm sure not customer service !!!! is trained in such let alone given access to these network features & a higher dept will handle your complaint who should know how/where to pull a pooled number back to its last owner.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

You could always see if they could reconnect your account, then do an upgrade to sim only. Alternatively, as others have mentioned, see if a team manager could move your number. I know in my network I could move a number to a new contractNewish member, lover of technology and all things mobile0
