  • You should always allow pre-authorisation, and charge everything to your room rather than paying as you go. Not doing so is just a waste, as you're not earning points on your spend.

    I didn't sign anything.

    They just asked to swipe my card in case of any 'extras'. Which I'm not bothered about, as I knew I would be using them.

    Just a bit hacked off they don't mention it's £50 and they didn't take it off as soon as they charged me the actual bill amount after.

    Just checked my account, the £50 is still showing as pending and the actual bill amount has been charged, so I'll leave it a few more days to drop off as is dated 30/12
