Idiots and their smashed bottles

My poor puppy has cut his paw open because of them :( On New Years day. Had to take him to another emergencey vet this morning as the bleeding wouldn't stop. If I ever see any them at it I will offer to smash the bottles for them... right over their thick heads ! :mad:

There are irresponsible people in all walks of live, ive yet to see anyone be caught or fined for either not picking dog poo up OR smashing/leaving bottles.
