had confirmation of my order for 3 candles at £8 each from Littlewoods delivery 16 jan.... the email was from their Queries/customer services dept who I contacted yesterday using their online form on their website so im quite hopeful!

Ive copied a paragraph from the email:

If you have paid for your order with a credit or debit card then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of
the order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount. Please note that the payment and refund may not occur simultaneously but the
refund will be made no later than when your order is despatched.

Good grief! Is this debate still going on?! We either get them or we don't. Simples :D
  • I got an order confirmation with my old address (ordered through very) as the delivery address yet there is no sign of the old address when I log in. Very confused! Have emailed them.

Dropped back into Dobbies and bought another two gift packs still plenty left Edinburgh,

Still good value at £10 = £5 per 411g medium jar.

littlewoods 623g jar was at £8 so no difference, only would gain if littlewoods will honour and also get the £25 as well :)

That's because I cancelled my order as I could not get store delivery and had to pay postage so I left it. I will thank who and when and if when I want to thank you very much. Concentrate on your own manners maybe instead of criticising others? What's wrong with some people on here?

p.s. Just thanked the OP as you obviously felt the need to check my other postings. *Sigh*

I haven't checked your other postings,I checked this one.

I felt the need to comment because this isn't the first time I've noticed you making snidey remarks, what's wrong with you is the question, not other people.

Anyway, that is my last post on the matter now I've got that off my chest.

I placed an order for a large clean cotton candle yesterday (Littlewoods) and have received a confirmation email, so it looks like the orders are being processed and they are honouring it. Just checked site and though they don't have any clean cotton left, the large jars are back up to £22. Absolute bargain.
