Right, so back onto mortgage-freedom route, I'm going to try really hard not to be tempted by anything this month, and to really hammer the OPs. Where we've moved to isn't our forever home, but it's a very good start, and the more we can pay off sooner the better
However, I'm also conscious that we don't have much of an emergency fund, so I'll be looking at building that up pretty quickly too. I'm also going to look at upping our income - I'm going to have a look around and see if I can sell anything (probably, we seem to have a lot of stuff!) and also do a general de-clutter at the same time.
Trying to take my mind off tomorrow...!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Dig bic anyone? (they are actually WW ones ... spied they had a OOD of End Jan so they need to be eaten)
mmmm clutter - you're looking at the clutter queen here
Honestly, my house is full to bursting ..... there's a family with 2 adults & 3 teenagers over the road - now admittedly it's a slightly different layout (overall the same size .... and they only have ONE loo / bathroom:eek:) BUT ....:eek: where do they put everything? There isn't a single cupboard in this house?
I'm wondering if my binder thing will make me clear up a bit - I've already noticed I had to clean a room last night (that I'd never normally do ... well not often at 10pm anyway:o) ... and I've cleared out my recipe folder ... mmmmm:) hope so!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Feeling a bit helpless as we live at the other end of the country from her, but it's still sadblah to other people.
Awful awful situation for her. But please don't underestimate the difference you can make, even from a difference. When my X left me, I too was in a very isolated situation, so I spent ages on the phone to various of my long-distance friends, and that was got me through.
Anyway, good luck for school tomorrow. What do you teach?Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49
