We haven't, but big planning decisions we were lied to about have become apparent which will drastically affect our selling potential. It was only intended to be a starter home but now we need to raise enough to keep it as a buy to let.

Ours usually goes on the day after the main payment comes out. Overpayments take forever to show annoyingly!
Do they? I'm not sure I'm doing it right on internet banking as it happened straight away... :o

Don't apologise! It's lovely to have the company :D and I didn't realise about your house :( still, at least renting it will provide some income?

It comes straight out on our Internet banking too but doesn't show as the mortgage online doesn't have a statement breakdown, they just send it yearly - very annoying and it's putting me off making big payments yet as I'm afraid the money will get lost!

Yeah fingers crossed, but we need to be in a position to persuade the bank to give us a 2nd mortgage which won't be easy. Still, it's planning ahead, we're good here for a few years yet.

Aha, I see! Yes, I'd be worried about the money disappearing too....

So, got the keys cut and treated myself to a bacon sarnie so definitely not a NSD today :D I might pop out later and get some bits and pieces, depends on the weather really...
