Mmm, I love puddings that involve custard
crumble, pie, anything! I've told DH that if he doesn't eat the last portion of crumble and custard in the fridge this evening, I may end up eating it for breakfast tomorrow!
So, my eye isn't any better really, so I wore my glasses to school rather than my contacts. I'll keep an eye on it (see what I did there?) and get something for it if it doesn't start to get better. I'm off to yoga at 8pm, so just had a fried egg on toast for tea, something nice and light
Another NSD for us too - nothing needed. Got an hour now just to have a potter round and general browse on the internet, then off I go
Must say - thanks for coming and commenting on my diary, it is so lovely to come home and read the commentsBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Yoga was more difficult last night
so I'm a bit achey today, but it's doing me good, so can't complain
I may have had leftover crumble and custard for breakfast today....it was amazing! Very nice and comforting, if a bit rich at 7AM
made a very nice change though. My eye is also getting better, so that's good
Nothing much else to report - though I've written a small blog post this evening...Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hi SF,
I'd lurve crumble & custard at any time
Rising - a want may have jumped into my shopping basket of need the other dayRidiculous how i'm trying to justify it to myself (£7 on wants and £19 on needs) and its something i've wanted for literally over 10 years! Good though that my mindset is changing somewhat
AND i've sold over £26 on the bay of e so that covers it anyway but i really feel that isn't the point
It'd be easier to justify if i didn't have waaaay too much stuff

Not much to report here. I'm so glad it's the weekend - had a nasty incident at work on Thursday so I'm glad to be away from the place. It's all sorted, in theory, but not looking forward to next Thursday....
Not sure if I'll go anywhere today - still tired. I'm going out tonight to see Quartet, hoping that it's goodjust going to have a lazy day, pottering around and having a relax.
Ho hum.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Now, the numbers. We have taken on a mortgage of £123,000 (just typing that is scary!) over 25 years, and it follows the the base rate, so whilst interest rates are relatively low, our payments aren't too bad.0

You've wanted it for 10 years and it only cost £7 . You've got better willpower than me then :rotfl:. Seriously, get over it and enjoy the flaming thing(what is it, what is it, what is it
)
:rotfl::rotfl: And much more than me too! I'm lucky if I can manage to wait a couple of months for something(although I have wanted a Tablet for ages .... just can't justify the cost just now!) - oh, and there's the new Dy*son I want ..... maybe I'm getting better after all!

Quartet was good - better than I was expecting
went out for some dinner before hand, got the set menu which was 3 courses for £12.95 - can't really go wrong with that? I had kipper pate with toast to start, then chicken, leek and ham hock pie, with chips and veg, followed by crème brulee - lovely
Not doing much today - going to pop to sainsbugs in a bit and get a few bits and bobs and some petrol. Other than that, a lazy Sunday awaitsBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
