Managed to get out for a little walk this afternoon when the weather cleared up for a bit; getting out and getting some fresh air definitely has made me feel better this evening. I keep feeling a bit "meh" but I think the weather is playing a bit part in that at the moment.
Positive things today:- Dippy eggs and soldiers for breakfast!
- Finances in general look okay
- Shares are a bit  but in it for the long haul
- Got another couple of small dividend payments today
- DS has been in a GREAT mood today, love him so much
and July  this year is going so quickly...

Terrible. So many "autumn" colds and coughs going around here at the moment.
I can't believe we're into July tomorrow, either. :eek:slowlyfading wrote: »Managed to get out for a little walk this afternoon when the weather cleared up for a bit; getting out and getting some fresh air definitely has made me feel better this evening. Sounds like overall you're having a good day. Don't worry about shares, things will settle down.I'd be in a great mood if I'd been served dippy eggs and soldiers for breakfast too.
Your son must be heading towards being one soon? It's wonderful to hear you have a good bond with him, from what you've said on here things have been rather difficult for you.
The year is indeed going too quickly ... we must be getting older, SF. :rotfl:2018 totals:

Me and DS have had a duvet day today. Well, I say that, it just means we've been at home all day
he's got a new trick too - he can pull himself up to standing, which he's practiced a lot today! It'll be walking next I suppose...
Positives today:- OP of £14.28
- Transferred £3.37 to tidy up accounts to savings
- NSD
- Had gammon, homemade chips and fried eggs for tea - all allowed on SW and very tasty!
- Received £24 in dividends today and more to come in the month
- It's Friday
Happy July everyoneBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Saturday, July 2nd.
Today has been long - DS started with a temperature late last night and spent most of the night crying on and offthe only way I could get him back to sleep in the end was to rock him to sleep in the rocking chair cuddling him and left him a while. I then managed to get him into his cot and thankfully he stayed asleep. He's been very clingy and miserable today; his temperature is slightly better but not back to normal by any stretch. Possibly another tooth coming through? I hope tonight is better.
As a result, we've not been anywhere today; lots of cuddles on the sofa and not doing much. I love it when DS is super cuddly, just wish it wasn't when he is feeling unwell or tired! But, I'll take it when I can now
Positives today:- NSD
- Finances looking good.
- Eating healthily today despite being really tired and craving junk!
Not much to report, because I've done nothing all day
