Glad to hear you're stepping back a bit, SF. And yes, right now, the only thing that matters is giving bump the best start you can.
If you still have eating issues, and you're trying to eat for bump, why not pamper yourself in a way that helps how you feel and look etc, but doesn't impinge on food and drink? Like, paying attention to your complexion, or your hair? Just trying to think of anything that will help, please ignore if it doesn't - I know how trying it can be to have people giving advice2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I've been thinking I'd quite like to treat myself to a pedicure, but then think we've got so many things we need to buy in the next two months, that maybe I shouldn't
so many conflicting thoughts at the moment! I've never been very good at treating myself to be honest, so need to ponder this

Sorry to read about the distress suffered on Thursday, so glad to see it all turned out ok in the end!
As for worrying about body weight/shape when pregnant, don't be silly - get some pies down you!0 -
Hi SF, do you have a local college offering beauty courses? If so, they will need clients to practice on. I've started going to ours and have had free hair cuts, facials and manicures :T
