We cashed in for the Dolphin Habitat @ Mirage last August for our 2012 trip - back in those days, choice seemed limited, and I'd reached the point where it seemed difficult to get LP and no other options were in sight. There was also some scare mongering (not on here I don't think!) that the game was in Beta and the T&C's meant it could be pulled without warning. As its a bit of a no-brainer 'give away', I didn't want to risk the program being pulled before our 2013 trip and all the play to have been wasted. (BTW - the game is no longer in beta, and the amount of advertising for it in Vegas makes me think its unlikely to be pulled just yet!)

Redemption was easy anyways, had no problems - just went to Mlife desk in Mirage and they swapped it for a paper voucher.

Started playing again after its been mentioned again on here though, and seems less of a grind this time, the LP's are stacking up nice and easily.

My question is, I know they have imposed limits for some areas to stop us raking it in, so is there a limit to the amount of 'friends' its worth having on the game? Ie. is there a cap on the benefits I cn get from friends per day (ie. chips per day / LP's per day?).

Anyone know?


PS - incidently, if you have an iPhone (its iPhone only at the moment) download the "Viva MyVegas" app, and also "like" the "Viva MyVegas" page on Facebook. Every now and again they post up a picture you can 'scan' with your phone app, which gives you permission to to spin a wheel on the app and win extra LP's / Chips... the scanning app can also be used in Vegas in a 'scavenger hunt' kinda way - though you'd have to have a friendly dataplan (or free wifi)

You can have as many friends as you like. You only get a bonus on the daily spin for the first 50 friends, but you can (so far) receive as many daily 50 chip gifts as you have friends. The lp's you can accrue aren't limited either as far as I can tell.

Thanks for that info nvh - very useful. I've started playing recently but need to boost my points as we are going at the beginning of March. I have enough for a free buffet but I'd love to get the Bellagio lunch buffets too.

What is the best way to get facebook friends (I'm a bit of a luddite I'm afraid). I tried to join a members-only facebook group but they haven't replied (I am a Vegas leper!).
Anyone got any tips? Or want to be my friend?!?!

I'm aiming for the suite upgrade at MGM, bare in mind I have ages to go yet so rewards might change, but what I'm hearing is that you have to book the hotel through MyVegas to get the suite upgrade, anyone know about this? I was hoping I would just book a room then prior to going I'd use my reward and get the upgrade via the hotel (MGM) direct

It is against Robert Guerrero and the undercard has Canelo vs Trout which itself would usually main event any card. Canello is huge with the Mexicans and they always show up in big numbers to watch him.
I NEED to go to this, just dread to think how much it will cost.
