Another UU, this time one I'm actually quite sad about as it has been my favourite product since starting the challenge last February. WDBA, but can't until I've reduced the stash a bit more. Plus aiming to not buy anything at all net month, so UU

Lush Angels on Bare Skin cleanser 100g - loved it my skin is the best its been in a very long time since trying this.

I think I'll manage 2 more UU this month. January has been a good month for me so far.

Re the suggestion of Naked shampoos etc, I like the idea of Naked range but have a honey hand cream in my stash and found it went runny and dried my skin out very quickly :( I also have a Naked body lotion which has gone the same way :(
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I had thought I was done for January but have had a small flurry of UU over the weekend and I've a couple more that will probably go before Fri:

Tesco Spa Bath Cream - WNBA - Bubbled fine but scent was too masculine for my liking, it was also difficult to get out of the square bottle as was very thick and gloopy (although its age may have been a factor in that... :o)

L'Oreal Everpure Colour Care & Volume Shampoo - WBA although I'll probably get the moisture variant as didn't see much volumising effect from this one but Everpure in general has become a bit of a HG for me - love the smell, love the effect on my hair (calming) and love the Ethos of less nasties - all at a fairly reasonable price, especially with three for two. The packaging is also very good - tube which stands on its lid and very soft and pliable so you can squeeze everything out without having to cut it open or waste anything. Was shocking when I cut the first tube I used open and found nothing there :rotfl: Bravo L'Oreal

No. 7 Beautiful Skin Foaming Cleanser - probably one application left in this so may as well declare now - really like this, leaves my face feeling very clean and grease free without any tightness. Again another HG for me although I haven't really used any other foaming cleansers in recent years to compare it to. On this basis, I recently bought a Botanics version on offer to see how that was and because it was cheaper also. In fairness the No. 7 one even at full price of £9 isn't bad value as it lasts a long while, you only need a couple of pumps (could probably get away with one really but I don't like to scrimp!) and if there's a voucher floating about then even better! I had to resist the urge to buy another but will see how the Botanics one fares first as this is only around £4 full price :money:

Really dreading work this week as we have a big external audit  I'm being interviewed for an hour... will be glad when its over. Wish me luck!! x

one UU, Ted Baker bath foam WNBA at full price and already have another in my stash

a couple of ins that I kind of needed, some that I didn't:
    No 7 purifying mask
No 7 melting gel cleanser (to go with the cleansing brush that I got)
L'Oreal waterproof telescopic mascara (my colleague at work loves the non-waterproof one)
L'Oreal waterproof million lashes mascara (2 for £15)

Gift with L'Oreal purchase over 15 squid
    color ricche fuschia lipstick
5 ml color riche crystalline nail polish
    tiny pot of revitalift moisturiser
volume million lashes diamond black mascara (going to be GA as I need waterproof)
2 foundation samples (to GA as I'm brown and much darker than the foundation!)

I still have a S&G 200 points voucher for spending over £10 on facial skincare. I only have one lipbalm, do you think I could maybe justify getting some S&G lipbalms? I'm also tempted to get more face masks and face scrubs...

I have a couple of the colour riche lipsticks and they are really lovely, very soft and buttery.

    Have a couple of uu

Drum roll please - the Dead Sea mineral face wash has finally finished this morning - WBA as it is very :money:and nice as long as you don't get it in your eyes - ouch.

Mirenesse plumping lip gloss - this was from the LIB calendar and didn't last long as there was hardly anything in it. No noticeable plumping effect, WNBA.

  • one UU Gok Wan shower gel. WBA in sale, nice scent. it was a tube that I cut open but I managed to cut myself with the plastic! What am I doing wrong? There was a teensy amount left too so not worth it!

dolly84, I'm going to save the colour riche for a while until my other lippies expire/ smell funky. I'm trying not to open too much stuff now I know it has a 'use by' date.
  • Rare UU for me - Pure Poison full size perfume. Have three more full sized perfumes in my stash (la petite robe noire, insolence, and ck in2u) so don't need to buy any for a while

Hi everyone. 2 more UUS for me:-

50ml tub of Boots Extracts Bergamot body butter. Have another in the stash in the set I bought on the sales. Has a nice fragrance that smells like cucumber. Have replaced this with 200ml tub of TBS Papaya body butter.

Tube of Superdrug Vitamin E eye cream. I have had this product for ages as I either forget to use it or feel I don't use it when I'm using my PCMC. Because of this I can't really comment on the effectiveness of this product. I can say that it didn't cause milia which is a bonus however not sure if it had gone off in the end. The weird thing is that it never affected the skin around my eyes however this morning when I cut the tube open I decided to use it elsewhere because I didn't have enough of the body butter above to cover my whole body. So I used the eye cream on my hands, arms and shoulders and it started to flake off on my shoulders. Probably a good job it's come to an end then? Have pulled a pot of Clinique eye cream out of my stash which I've had since the Glamour give aways about 2 years ago!!
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
