Hi there, please can you count me in for trying to keep the house tidy and also for the ironing challenge - just about to tuck DD in and will then bring all the ironing in to do.
    Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting
  • So my challenge for Jan is to get the house on its way to getting sorted and things decluttered therefore am going to do my best to get back into flyladying!!

    Here is my list:

    Monday Bit of Everything
    Level One

Have home been found for all the presents? Try to get one thing out of the house for each thing in - new socks, get rid of the religious ones etc
    Level Two
Declutter floors Not just into a box or binbag to hide away, try to put things where they belong, a home for everything will make life easier
Sweep/mop/hoover floors you can now see
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Chill something fizzy to toast the New Year[/STRIKE] - being provided by our guests.
S&S toilets and sinks (inlcuding the kitchen
[STRIKE]HHI - who has achieved that empty basket?[/STRIKE] - defo won't do this!! So am adding add 10 more items to ebay.

    Extras
Clean WM/DW filters and put through on a clean cycle
[STRIKE]Meal plan for the week[/STRIKE] - already done up to the 20th Jan (payday).
Change bed covers on pull out sofa and prepare kids rooms for guests
Count some blessings from the year gone by
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:

Presents still sitting in neat piles in the living room. DH, DS and DD all home tomorrow whilst I am working so hoping they leave everywhere reasonably tidy.

Woohoo - DS1 is home already. Phoned me at 8.30 to ask if I could pick him up early.

    So I will now:
parcel DS2 off to bed (will get back to normal hours from Wednesday ;))
    do budget
go to bed with a nice drink - not a cup of tea this time! (why am I more tired, the more sleep I get?)

    Night all! x

ETA Just saw your post on the last thread, froddy. Writing lists on the notepages of my new diary sounds very tempting right now. Will need to do some serious thinking first, though.
