Ebookers rang to say my hotel is 'overbooked' 6 weeks prior to travel?

  • This case has now been dealt with properly by Ebookers, although it took some advice from my sister who works for Avios to persuade them to sort it!

    In the end they wouldn't honour our booking to the Disney Santa Fe, but they HAVE moved us to Disney Newport Bay Club free of charge. Which means we get a better hotel for the same price (plus the cost of numerous phone calls and hassle yesterday and today).

    Thank you to everyone for all of your advice, it was very much appreciated.
