    Have you tried re-opening the complaint with them? If you report it to Head Office you may find with the new evidence they'll do something to get rid of you without too much fuss.

    I have just sent them a list of questions today, so I hope to have full facts before I write a second complaint. I'm keen to understand what the discount was supposed to be, I then need to see what they did with it, as it's not on my paperwork.
