UNBELIEVABLE Virgin Media are supposed to be supplying 3 months premium Spotify FREE, downloads are NOT available. I have spoken to 6 different operators including their so called level 2 idiots and have told them OVER AND OVER that Spotify says it no longer provides downloads, THEY DIDN'T KNOW, none of the operators knew this, even the specialist dept. AND ..........wait for it, THEY ARE STILL SELLING THIS OFFER !!!!!!!!! , saying it's FULL service, when it is only streaming, how do they get away with this stuff ??????

It's free so they aren't really selling it and if it's not what you want, surely you can cancel during the 3 month free trial.0

It's supposed to be part of a package that forms part of the contractBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Virgin media offer you Spotify premium for 3 months but as Spotify have changed the terms and conditions, you get shirty with Virgin Media. If the offer is annoying you so much, decline the free trial and then you will be happy.0

How would that make me happy? and who do you think should have to keep to their part of the bargain then?Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Spotify don't offer downloads any more but that according to you that's Virgin Media's fault. They are offering you a 3 month trial so what exactly is it you are wanting from Virgin Media. You also said Virgin Media ain't offering a full service but if downloads are no longer available then surely they are providing a full service.0 -
So I sell you a vacuum, and part of the contract says I supply you with bags for it, BUT my supplier no longer makes bags, would you be happy not to get the bags? or would you expect some discount, or for me to provide you with bags from somewhere else? or would you just say oh ok then.....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Does the Virgin Media website state that downloads are included in the premium package?0 -
That is what I was told, it reads differently now of course, but it still says premiumBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Can you just clarify whether downloads have ever been part of any Spotify subscription, my recollection is they haven't.
I thought you used to have to purchase credits for downloading tracks. But Spotify have now stopped this all together.
Can you show where you have seen that downloads are included in a Spotify premium subscription?0
