Yay I had my wine :), watched a film, had a chill and feeling like Thursday never happened. Plus everything is positive, I've done all of my work so I have nothing to do over the weekend, and I'm probably going to spend time with best friend tonight.

I got a cheque back for the stuff I bought, so I'll pay that straight into the bank, and I'm being treated today .

I also sneakily weighed myself and have lost weight so I feel good, just got to keep it up.

Tomorrow I'm going to the football, where I normally buy a deal, beer and snacks for seven pounds, but I have enough money in my purse for a programme and I don't want to get any more than that.

    Happy weekend xx

  • Hey Cazzyd... how's things? Are you still managing to stick to frugaldom? I reckon it's definitely more difficult once back to work and back in the normal routine of things.

    Hope you've had a good week :D x

ah nowpanicking, apologies for the lack of posting! Erm still sticking to frugaldom, although had a passport to pay for, managed to just pay deposit for room on friends wedding so feeling good about that...

Got that pay rise and backdated pay too which helped.

In terms of things, the last couple of weeks have been interesting, but finally settling down a little, I'm full of a cold and feeling a bit yucky, but I'll be ok. Hoping at the end of the month I'll have money left over! This will go into savings, decided not to go mad for v.day either, don't quite know what to do yet, any suggestions are welcome!

Hope everyone else is good, and your last two weeks have not been as hectic as mine!!!

Ah hello, hope everyone is well

as I said things have changed very much over the last few weeks, I will go into details eventually, but right now I am still very much getting my head around things!!

Work has been very difficult these last few days, I'm getting sly little comments from my support staff, and I keep getting upset. As I have said my line manager is amazingly supportive, problem is I feel like eventually she will get annoyed I keep getting upset all the time, but the problem is I wear my heart on my sleeve!

I am getting help, this week I will have my first counselling session since before christmas and I have a lot to talk to her about, I've missed having counselling, it helps to talk to someone who doesn't have a vested interest so to speak!! Don't get me wrong, everyone I love in the world supports me a hundred million percent, I just have a really hard time accepting what they say, just because, and it sounds silly, it's always in my head, that they have to be supportive and complementary, because they love me!!

Besides that I am generally ok, savings are going well, and I should have surplus income left over to tuck into savings :)

    Hope all are well xx

    Hi all

Coming to the end of half term, and I am feeling anxious. I've done lots of things to take my mind of all the stresses I have been through in the last six weeks, such as dinner at my friends, cinema and I am out for lunch with some colleagues today.

I have a party to go to tomorrow, and one of my relatives is going through some stress, and I don't want to go :( I'm feeling really nervous all of a sudden and I don't know why. I don't want to go back to work too, and I don't know what to do.

I went to see my counsellor a few days ago and she gave me some work on self-esteem, but I just wish I could switch off feeling awful all the time, as I worry I'm going to start to alienate people :(. I'm not currently taking any medication, and I don't want to either, but I do want to feel normal again, as I type this I am crying. I just feel guilty all the time too :(

Anyway in terms of frugaldom its not really happening atm, I've just spent 100 pounds on a ferry trip, still I will hopefully have money left at the end of the month which I will put into savings.

Hope everyone is well gonna be able to save soMe money this month too, which is all well and good

Omg I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. Anyway things have changed sooo much! I had a little time off work not long after this with stress! I've had a bout of cbt!

I also have a mortgage! And will be moving into my new house very soon, there are small complications, because we were hoping to be in before Christmas. But definitely going to make sure 2016 will be frugal, and attempting to keep this diary up as a sort of stream of consciousness to keep me on the straight and narrow, just because I have my own house soon, shouldn't mean that I'm going to be ruthless with money. I plan to budget, and coupon, and all of that business. I'm also going to start saving money on one of those savings cards for next Christmas. This whole entire Christmas I've been looking forward to next Christmas...the first in my house! Wow! Going to look on all the Boxing Day sales for marked down Xmas stuffs and also house stuff. Luckily for us, we've known for nearly 12 months the house were buying is ours and have bought lots and lots of stuff! We're also staring out with furniture from friends and relatives!

    Merry Christmas everyone xx
