Boots 75% Sale

I might get shot down in flames for this, but I do think that for certain 'popular' items (ie those that get put straight on fleabay) like S&G that they should be limited to a certain number per customer - say 2 or 3 to make it fair for all.

My local store did have a lot left but people really were being greedy (apologies for those that were just being canny shoppers but I'm sure some we taking the proverbial) - I am going to pop in again at lunchtime so if anyone were to want one I could see if there are any left (pm me quickly though)

Are items likely to come back in stock online? Or once it's gone, they're gone?

Thanks to the people who posted it was today :T
I bought a few bits my local wasnt to busy and everyone was civilised it was good and there was quite alot of stuff left.

People even seemed to be taking their time and being choosy so i am happy (thought this year it might have been a nightmare.)!

Good luck with trying to sell this stuff 1/2 price when Boots themselves couldn't.

I know i saw one lady with what looked like half the shelf of s&g sets..taking the pee a bit me thinks

Thank-you to this site for the heads up on the sale. Stood outside Boots on Princess Street from 7.30. In at 8 and by 8.30 they were stripped back haha. I manged to get a few bits n bobs. Spent £50 so all in all, a good saving for me. Still lots to buy for Xmas, but still bagged a saving!

Quite hard to find anything online now. Its either Out of stock or when you try to add something it then says 'Sorry the item is discontinued'. May have to brave the shops. I have to agree though with Kerri gt above that items should be limited to however many per customer to make it fair.

loads of items on there but when you try to purchase most are showing out of stock!

Would have liked S&G but I know that would be gone! Just want some gifts to use throughout the year and maybe some stocking fillers for next Xmas I will head to Boots in Westfield first and then on to Wyvern - wish me luck on whats left! :rotfl:
