Today wasn't a NSD for me, but spent less than a fiver so I'm happy with that. I get money out of the bank on Friday and don't use my bank card to pay in shops, I've got £35 left in my purse so doing well this week. Going for a NSD tomorrow I think

    Hi Guys...

Just want to declare NSD 1 & 2 granted it wasn't really difficult since I haven't been able to move to leave the house. :o

Was feeling absolutely awful yesterday, but did wake up with a less swollen bump on my head, even though it was still an angry blood red colour. TBH, the bottom of my back and my bottom is hurting a lot more now than my head (which is a blunt, dull ongoing permanent headache) but then again I am very badly bruised.

A lot of my resolutions are on hold at the moment, just because of what has happened really, the ones that I am doing are all things that I need to do really as opposed to major life changes (actually remembering to take my medication, drinking some sort of liquid during the day), the ones that are things like exercising can wait until I am better.

I go back to work tomorrow, can't say I am looking forward to that, but if I have been able to get through these last 2 days, I can get through the next 2 at work. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately given my little mishap) they are both training days, so I don't have to run around until Monday.

Thank you all for your messages of support. You really are a lovely bunch!!! :j
  • Just take it easy miss t - don't rush back to work, and don't overdo it.
