Please can I rejoin for January? I am not on the list but aim to have 20NSDs and 4in a row. It is going to be a lean month. We are still really short of cash as DH is still off work and our income covers direct debits only.

Hope things improve for you soon.

Marmite, I haven’t read the book although I have heard lots of people say how helpful they found it. Unfortunately, I am not sure I am strong enough to cope without the patches though I do feel a bit of a cheat taking the easy option.

I have decided to declare my first NSD.

No cigarettes bought – day 1

Well done!I don't think that using patches is cheating.:)

I hope you've all had a relaxing and enjoyable day.I managed a walk, just a shame that I waited until it was raining.

    Proudly declaring today as #1!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!
  • Evening everyone.

  • Happy New Year everyone!

NSD #1 here, had family round for lunch so stayed in all day. Need a few bits of shopping but think I'll wait until Thurs as probably will have other spends that day, no point wasting an opportunity for a spend free day! :-)

Hello. Would I be able to join please? I'm looking to go for
10 NSDs as I have 10 weeks left until my due date and need to buy a few essentials for baby, but trying to get only the things we need, so there will be a few Spend Days unfortunately.

I'm off the mark with NSD 1
  • Hi all,

I have been on MSE using a couple of different names, mostly on the mystery shopping threads but i'm hoping the new name will give us a fresh start and with a fresh start a new lease on tackling our debt.

My husband and I are aiming for 16 NSD.

Can we please join your thread and get a number?

    TIA
