    All newbies
Thanks to Spoony and Fifty for all the work they do to keep the board running

Anyone else I missed? sure to have so  to you too

NSD1 for me today, managed not to buy the scooter on the grabbit board for my grandson, yes it was very cheap but he's got a whole heap of toys for Xmas and as it's his birthday on Sunday and I'm sure he'll get a whole heap more then, I decided to preserve my NSD.
  • Evening all.

I've managed nsd 1 today. A bit of a miracle as I had a friend and her kids visiting and I don't usually have enough faith in my cooking to feed them and we end up going out. But today we all sat down to roast pork dinner, and it seemed to go down well.
I've not been out anywhere - left my bits of housework until after they went home (my mother always told me not to housework before noon on New Years Day as it sweeps good luck out!).
Now just bathing the kids and debating whether or not to have a couple of drinkies tonight.

:o Oh heck :o All you sensible people. Am I the only one who has spent the entire afternoon in the pub? :o And I never spent a penny. I was treated to an afternoon of karaoke and vodka :o
I'd still be there now if the dogs didn't need [STRIKE]staggered [/STRIKE]walked and fed. :rotfl:

    Happy new year everyone

I haven't done this challenge in a very long time but I am determined to pay off our secured loan this year and be debt free (except for the mortgage) as we want to save up and move house in 2015.

I would like to go for 12 NSDs please.

    Thanks

ETA: I was hoping for one today but I had a flat tyre and had to put 50p in the air machine at the garage

I'm long overdue a return to the NSD challenge and today is certainly a good day to begin it, new year, new beginnings and all that. Please put me down for 12 NSD's for the month of January. Many thanks, and good luck to us all!

I will add the NSD challenge to my siggy shortly.

I haven't managed a NSD today but I did grab a massive bargain! Went to the outlet village on route from OH's mum's earlier and picked up a hoodie in the sale which was reduced from £40 to £25. Then got to pay and it was only £12!
