No NSD day for me today. Had to buy food at Aldi, gas & electric on keys. However, by being motivated by this thread daily and being more aware of my spending I have managed to save £110 so far this month. I will use it as an extra payment on the credit card for January :j
I have signed up for the free postcode lottery which I knew nothing about before joining MSE Also today, I received a letter from MBNA to tell me they are considering my claim for PPI on my credit card.

Hi everyone, yippee Wednesday is over - onto the home straight now, it'll soon be the weekend!

I was so excited by my thistle, I never win prizes!! :-)
Please could I set a new target of 18 NSDs to keep me motivated, don't want to fall off the wagon!

NSD 19 today, i actually found it a little hard today as there was a dress i really liked online, but i resisted

17 NSD for me.
Kids started at school, but home before lunch time, so lost out on the school dinner, been booked and now had to find food at home, luckily bread was stocked up yesturday.
Possibly no school tomorrow if the main road still has snow even if we have none. Most of the staff live out of the town and its the main way into town.

Hi All,:hello:

Haven't been around a lot what with the new job, but just had a chance to catch up. Managed to get the total to 20 NSDs so far this month, but with the cold weather I'm now going to go over budget on the petrol:eek: - it really is a lot less economical to drive in the winter:mad:.

On the positive side, managed to get enough food in Mr W reduced to pennies to last until the end of the month:D

That target is getting closer and WILL be captured.
