Well I am pleased i feel i have done something productive :T I have got 8 items prepped for listing, 2 more definitely selected ready for tomorrow and a number of items to be tried on and then decision time - i am not up to trying stuff on today and to be honest as i'm not well i wouldn't be in the right mindframe for this either. I am hoping to get to 20 new items prepped in total but we will see

I also have some cashback tracking - overall i am owed over £200 which would be a massive help in the expensive 2 months ahead - never mind getting rid of the debt as well - but i've been waiting months for some of it - hope it all pays out soon.

Tomorrow then i need to do some revision, revisit the goals at the beginning of my thread, declutter 1 section of wardrobe completely - hopefully find and list at least a further 12 items for sale, go for a run if i am well enough (don't worry i'm listening to my body and have rested most of the day) read some more of my magazine (got it for the freebie but want to declutter the mag now). Contact company re. complaint, make tea. Lift out and prep food for monday. Hopefully thats it :)

    Yawn! Morning World :)

Sadly I had a disturbed nights sleep and then was woken up early this morning as well - i had gone to bed quite late as i stayed up watching a film i'd wanted to see - which wasn't actually that good in the end :( Hopefully the early start today will help me to sleep tonight.

I've read some more of my book, made a complaint, read on here a bit - always so inspiring :D Made porridge for breakfast - didn't measure anything and it was fairly solid when cooked - oops! :rotfl: 'Twas filling though ;)

I even... drum roll.. for the first time in months... did some baking - ooh how i enjoy it :D Unfortunately having scrambled together all of the ingredients i discovered i didn't have the right dish to bake it in - so i used a smaller deeper one - hope it turns out ok :)

I'm going to bake and cook a couple of things next week so i;ve jotted down bits of ingredients i need. Hoping to use up freezer stuff too and free some space there  i am guilty of buying food stuffs on offer (that i will use anyway) but not getting round to using it so this way i'm going to start clearing through the freezer, seeing whats in there and better meal planning from this going forwards :T

Of course the baking was an avoidance tactic for the revision - eep there is so much to do!!! Think i'll need to make a plan for this and break it down in segments for the coming week :)

Lunch made and scoffed, up to 11 newly listed items on the bay of e :T Got a 12th but clumsily got a mark on it so will need to wash first to make sure that comes out ok.

Done some revision but a heck of alot more to do

After a shower i'll try on the stuff that needs trying before a decision can be made. Hopefully will clear more stuff.

Started prepping my lunch stuff as well :)

    Hi Dedicated!

I never made it back yesterda - ended up a more busy day than I thought it would be. I've got plans for baking but have just ended up prepping jam to be made today (cheapish berries at the moment). I don't eat a lot, but enjoy making it and can keep some for hom-made presents for later on in the year, which is no bad thing. I REALLY need to start cooking more as I need to batter down my food costs, which are stupid for a single person who lives alone and ends up eating more processed stuff than she intends to.

You're soooo good at doing as much as you do. I have loads of things to Ebay, but my things never seem to sell that well, so I end up waiting for a free listings weekend to list as I don't want to be crippled by fees. Should I just stop looking for excuses and bite the bullet? Am I being paranoid?

Right, I have to go and make a shopping list, go shopping, get a ginormohuge saucepan from my mum's to help with the jam making (I have nothing big enoug to seal the jars) and number crunch a bit more. I will be back on my diary soon with a new vengance. Come keep me company as it can get a bit lonely in there!

Oh i am very lazy PB as i say i just talk alot so it sounds like i've done loads ;) Hope you had a good busy day yesterday :)

Om nom nom to the jam making :T Ooh you could couple that with making jam tarts - another of my favourite things :D

Yes if you did some cooking and portioned it out for you it could work out cheaper for you hopefully. I tried to keep food costs down this week - to some extent i did manage this but my lunch box is half empty for tomorrow and the rest of the week  I am trying to eat more healthily which always seems to be more expensive :(

With the bay of e sometimes i pay for listings and other times i'll get a couple of items photo'd and written up and then i'll schedule the listing for a couple of weeks away (always to start at a good time on a decent day if i forget to cancel it) and if a flw comes along i cancel the schedule time so its listed straight away. I always feel better for getting rid of stuff - so i'd encourage you to list things if you've alreadt decided to part with them. i have relisted alot of my items alot of times sometimes i still get sales on these but when i have my carboot everything will go on that.

Of course i'll pop in on you :) I probably got a bit lax on my diary and others when i had so much uni work on but i feel i'm getting re-inspired again now - even though i've a very spendy couple of months coming up

I didn't get to try everything on yesterday that i was sorting out - i was too exhausted :o So i'll try a couple of things on today and maybe a couple tomorrow and plod along like that. I don't have time to list during the week anyways.

Of course that means its all a bit untidy with stuff out but it is getting better bit by bit.

I also didn't clear the section of wardrobe i was working on :( I have the shoes left to do - may get chance for this on thursday and then start on the next section of wardrobe. Realistically my only way of earning extra pennies at the mo. is from selling things - on top of that of course i have an expensive couple of months which includes:- nights out, a weekend away and a holiday which all have things needing to be paid for as well as 2 birthdays - i'm thinking this needs a total of £600 so i'll need to start looking at how to raise extra for this as well

I really want to get rid of this debt then i can start to focus on the mortgage! I am stuck on such a high interest rate until i can own alot more of the house and / or increase my income.

I enjoyed the baking this weekend - its always a nicer day i think with something pleasant being done like baking :T I also went for a run or indeed a very slow plod! Which was hard work but i am glad that i did it :)

I need to really keep the focus on the pennies - this means making sure i'm only buying what i need from the shops and working and using what i've got in stores and not spending on clothes or shoes either and instead using the money i've got here already. I don't have time to shop around but wil try and pop to one or two cheaper stores if i am near one on my lunch x

    Hope all are well xx

    Hello all :D

Hope everyone is well? I am having a bit of a relax on here at the mo. after a very hard morning :o

Today i need to finish the section of wardrobe and also the trying on of a few bits so things can get put away and make the house a bit tidier.

I sold quite a few bits this week on the bay of e - mostly 99p things but at least they have been posted and so are gone and any extra pennies really do help - it'd just be nice to sell some of the dearer stuff too ;)

I've got a casserole in the slow cooker and i'm cooking a chicken in the oven and am contemplating baking a cake. I am pleased with the casserole as i used a couple of tins of veg that i don't really use for anything else and thought i'd bulk out the recipe with these - hope it tastes nice still :D Have to say the chicken smells delicious :D

I think i'll wash the pots, then have a shower and wash my hair - desperately trying to get a bit of energy from somewhere :o Try on the couple of bits, move said items. Declutter shoes from that section of the wardrobe - although i'll find this really hard as shoes are just so costly to post now - i might work on a completely different section instead then  Then it'll be time to be eating tea and making the cake :D
