They will be consulting with the BPA to see how they can reject your appeal.0
-
I would say why bother, but at least you have cost them £30 odd pounds. Just remember to carry on ignoring them after your rejection.0

Maybe there waiting for the ppc to pay the fee, they have sent the invoice and are now in the process of sending the ppc a series of threat letters containing random unrelated laws from their 'solicitors'. There solicitors being on the next desk of course!0

I understood they had expected this so invoice the BPA, (they do have the contract with them) and are getting the BPA to get it from the PPC. I imagine they know the reputation of PPC's.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Yep, it's been said before that the BPA pays up front and then gets the money from the PPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

However tickets (or should i say invoices) could vanish into a black hole, if the BPA stops paying until the PPC pays them. PPC cannot pursue RK until a appeal they are stopping is completed.
Either way the appealer wins.
PCC -£30 (and still ignored whatever the result) or a MIA invoice.
you get the feeling that the PPC know they are on hiding to nothing and are just trying tie up the system.Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0

Yes they have realised that the advice being given on here and pepipoo is to deliberately cost them money, and to ignore the outcome of popla as its irrelevant. A case in point is one ppc that has an appeals process that can last almost 6 months just with them. If you haven't died of boredom then you got popla to go through, could it be that it could be a year until its settled ?
These companies are trying to circumvent popla , we going to hear of cases where they say you didn't appeal in time, CP Plus are already charging a £40 admin fee for invoices not paid by day 28, so a deliberate ploy to charge for using popla, as you can only go that route after day 28.
Already popla doesn't trust them as they know that these so called companies phoenix and collect ccj's with wild abandon, they obviously cannot be trusted as they are run in a criminal manner, as you can see by them being convicted of fraud and worse! They are utter scum basically .When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
