This is my fave lemon curd it looks a faff but its so worth it and this strawberry jam, for this one I also swapped the strawberry for rasberrys and also did a mix of apple (grated) and blackberrys. Also I sometimes add more pectin if the jam isn't setting well.

I ran 5 miles, brought the washing in and then went to the supermarket and to check on my parents' house on my bike, I am now mainly sitting:o there were a few wee spots of rain but didn't come to anything. Would also like to say that shopping with backpack is ideal way not to overspend as I hate carrying stuff!

Today's projects are: dyeing two pairs of black linen trousers back to black - it's worth a go as still love them both and they are very comfy just faded... and I'm making a wee birthday pressie for a lovely pal, will upload later if I get a mo.
