skint_spice, you hate it, you have other things you'd like to do with the time, you don't need the money... All that on one side of the argument and nothing on the other side except a vague "ought" to be working 7 days a week if you include both your uni work and your paid work? I know what I'd do. But it's up to you, of course. :)

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Oh and recently found out that the student working in his other shop who he told me had left as she got a job at uni (seemed strange timing for it as it was end of term) actually told him to stuff his job as he had been particularly obnoxious one day :D she's now working in a supermarket while she finishes degree:rotfl::rotfl:

Last job was rarely fun but paid more than three times this one, had flexi time, lots of hols and as I was in a team of one I could basically take time off in 50 weeks of the year so you kind of balance the pros and cons:p.

Seems to me [for what its worth] that this job has nothing to commend it? Maybe its just your work ethic keeping you there but you're worth more than that - deffo ;)

I'll try to keep posting, as requested, but I'm hoping the MFW label won't apply much longer. Just heard the second instalment of my compensation money has arrived at my solicitor. Got to wait for it to clear through their bank before they post me a cheque, which has to travel through the post, and then clear through my bank, and then I'll pay off the rest and be MF without the W.

Current estimated MF day is Friday 15 August. Hmm. As I type that I realise that's the day after A-level results day. I can either have a double celebration or use the MF-dom to take my mind off the A-levels, as applicable. ;)
