Another £50 towards the mortgage and a mainly quiet weekend planned as I've lots of deadlines coming up. Must go check the freezer and work out a menu plan for next week but think I'm quite well stocked up so shouldn't be too bad.Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

A girl called Jack has a recipe that I'm going to try 'banana, chickpea and tea curry'. I fancy trying it but the looks I get...I could be alone in this.

Had lovely lunch with friends today, about time we all caught up together, must make more of an effort although I have seen them separately it's hard to get us all around at same time with boats, work, kids etc Any how I've eaten far too much and could do with a nap but must visit parents and sort more washing... it has been quite a low spend weekend so that's good:DMortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

In the words of Fagan "I've been reviewing the situation"... and panicking that my savings won't last til the end of my course! Mainly used for home improvements and holidays but must stop dipping in.
If I stay at the rate of MOPs that I am doing at the minute I shall be way under target by June 16 so any extra money in addition to this shall go into savings, it's just that the savings rates are so poor it seems to make more sense to OP my mortgage which is 3.99% but as I have no guarantee of a job I better save some money!Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
