Another alternative is using red peppers instead of courgette that you roast first then take the skins off that tastes nice but isn't so filling.

Was looking for something in DS's wardrobe today (he wasn't here so couldn't ask him) and found a pair of school trousers with huge hole in the knee:mad: asked him about them when he got home and he denied all knowledge:mad: eventually admitted he fell while carrying on in the playground but lying aside (which he got pelters for) how much of a slummy mummy am I that he thinks I wouldn't have noticed when I ironed them:o:eek::eek:? Right on the crease at the knee... kids eh?

OK, I've been quite good today - porridge for brekkie, remembered to take lunch to college and peppered mackerel (yellow stickered ;)), potatoes and veg for dinner :D

I took ages to find the shredder this evening so the declutter really must get done soon!
