Size 6s sorry, although I have recently become a size 5 again - do you think I'm shrinking already:eek:
No 6 - good :coffee:
No 4 - :T:T ok, have you got couch to 10K downloaded? could start with Strathclyde parkrun one saturday, then a wee 10K then half isn't til September so doable... My lovely DS gave me a scathing look when I suggested we do a parkrun today, turning into a lazy teenager:oMortgage OP 2026 £1030/2000Mortgage balance: £31,116

Would probably need to start at c25k tbh ... But ... Why not start at c25k then into c210k ? Do u think it's doable for me ?0

Totally doable, folk do marathons with less time! Sorry I did mean c25K - once you can do 5K it's just a case of increasing your distance a bit each week but you'll be grand:D.Mortgage OP 2026 £1030/2000Mortgage balance: £31,116
