For the love of Gawd, someone please, please, please come and finish organising The Retreat for me! I should've left it as a dumping room
There's more books than I remember though I have managed to sort my crafting stuff.
Been up since 3.20am so the house is all tidied for the weekend, just the bedding to change and the hoovering to do. Didn't think Hubby would be too impressed if I did those whilst he was sleeping0 -

Hi everyone,
It's a few days since I logged on and I am very impressed at how productive you've all been. a big 'well done' all round!! :rotfl:
Thank you for all your feedback about my caravan dilemma, much appreciated. To be honest I haven't given it much thought over the past few days, as work has been hellish and it's consumed all my time. Wednesday was particularly bad - had the MD (my line manager) on the phone having a go at me for issues which weren't my fault - and I suddenly thought, why am I doing this?! Went to the doctors, blood pressure was high again, went back yesterday morning and have been signed off for a week. Did a big handover to the HR manager this morning but pointed out that one of the issues is that there IS no-one to take over work for me or cover when I'm off! So I'm using the time constructively, have updated my CV, visited a few agencies today and applied for some jobs online.
Phew..... Wednesday was a really bad day, sobbed for hours, but am feeling more positive now. I have some more bank statements and letters to send to CAP (usually I scan them but will have to post them this time) but the payments are coming out of my account regularly so hopefully (!!) things are all progressing ok there.
OH is off to Amsterdam with the lads for the weekend so I shall be distracting myself sorting out paperwork and doing some positive stepping!
Hope you are all well and enjoying your steps xxxFinally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Good morning everyone, I thought I would get logged in and make a positive steps list in the hope of getting things done as positive is something that I do not feel this morning.
My list for today:- Check emails - file and deal with urgent ones
- Check banking
- Sort tester paperwork
- Try to organise diary so that I can feel more positive (I live in hope)
- Collect up washing and do full loads
- Do some work on project that I have in
- Spend an hour looking for freelance work
- Check postcode lottery & birthday bingo
- Spend 30 minutes working on ironing mountain
- Take kids to the car racing tonight (first time that we have been) Decided not too go, as it has decided to rain very heavy
- Spend some quality time with little ones before collecting ds:)
