  • Updated list from me for this week!
    • Start gym programme and keep track of it
    • Find a way of making meals that I can take with me to work/ dinner after the gym at job no 2
    • Put away yet more washing
    • Ironing
    • File paperwork pile no 1
    • Go through CAP Money paperwork (pile no 2) and make sure I've done everything I need to
    • Go through paperwork pile no 3 and add to steps if needs be
    • Update finances book
    • Start catching up with emails to friends
    • Remember what I want to explain to the doctor on Friday :)
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j
  • Thanks Ruby :) i'm not doing many hours volunteering and haven't been in since the 'incident' I don't know right now what to do for the best but it will be good to talk it through properly and have a way of dealing with the consequences of my decision on my MH. Both not going back and going back have some very big consequences so i will be working through these regardless of what i actually do.

Great news about CAP :) i know you were very worried about that so its good you have dealt with it and its no big deal :)

Sorry to hear you are so stressed at work - are you being put under pressure there? is there any support at work you can access? Going to the Gym is great and should help a bit at least and maybe the GP can help too. Hopefully things will settle down for you as well :)
