Thanks Ruby
i'm not doing many hours volunteering and haven't been in since the 'incident' I don't know right now what to do for the best but it will be good to talk it through properly and have a way of dealing with the consequences of my decision on my MH. Both not going back and going back have some very big consequences so i will be working through these regardless of what i actually do.
Great news about CAPi know you were very worried about that so its good you have dealt with it and its no big deal
Sorry to hear you are so stressed at work - are you being put under pressure there? is there any support at work you can access? Going to the Gym is great and should help a bit at least and maybe the GP can help too.
