    Morning,

A day off work for me waiting in for a man to come and insulate my loft ands the cavity walls so going to spend the day doing some crafting for Hubby's 40th birthday whilst he's out of the house. Order some photos for a scrapbook I'm making and make a start on his card, found a x-stitch I'm going to do.

Better get on with it really ;)

    • Start Child development homework module for college
    • Clean Oven
    • Get suitcases back in the loft
    • Pay monster in law Mays loan payment
    • Sent payslips to carers
    • renew Xan's congestion charge pass
    • get ebay shop to over 100 (from 68)
    • find hubbies new earring backs to stop him moaning
    • change quidco payments to bank account
    • Go to the gym at least once
Right that should do me for now! Weighed in this morning - 14st 10

Lovely to see you back with us Xansmum :D and welcome to the support/diet challenge!

I have to admit to being AWOL for the past few days basically because i had a major melt down :( I won't go into it but it wasn't pretty! my levels of paranoia, shame and worthlessness are extremely high. I'm struggling with the thought of leaving the house at all. unfortunately i have several ebay parcels to deal with and post so i'm not sure how i'm going to manage that today - its the only thing i am going to work on today in the hope i can get it done! Little steps:

    Gather all sold items
    Sort Envelopes
    Address Envelopes
    mark off ebay dispatch
    send email to buyers

    will think about posting later

Hi Fairy, baby steps all the way. The sun is shining, get a bit of vitamin D on your skin and make that trip to the PO. FIngers crossed for you xxx

Made a start on Hubby's x-stitch yesterday then thought..."when am I going to finish it?" as the footy season ends this weekend (and it's an away match so he won't be going) D'oh! May need to cram a few craft nights in at a friend's.

Big job tonight is to sort through all the stuff we brought down from the loft and put back up there what we're keeping.

    Morning :)

Well i am very pleased to say i did manage to get to the post office yesterday with the help of my lovely man :) And he took me to a cafe as well (a nice quiet one). It was really really difficult and i was shaking like a leaf for the whole time i was out but just having him there made a massive difference! Its funny how he does it, its like he won't let me not go out but does it in a way that i don't feel pressured - i'm not quite sure how LOL!

Today i am still rather fragile but wanting to step :)

I would like to basically just work on the room of doom - its starting to look like a bedroom again :) I have lots of boxes of stuff to sell sorted which i'm going to store in the caravan soooooo

    steps are:

move as many boxes of selling stuff into the caravan as i can (but at least 5) - 7 moved :)
sort out 2 boxes of the other stuff - done :)
sort out 9 more things to list on ebay to max account
    take photos of said items
    list them
    check gumtree/ebay for bookcase - done :)

    other bits to do:

check bank accounts - done :)
put bin out - done :)
    free bingo - done :)
    app trailers to 500 - done :)
    one poll - done :)

think that will do for now :)

    support/weight challenge

i weighed myself this morning and i have lost another 1lb :) now 10st 8.4 :D am so chuffed :) - next target is 10st 7lb - i have wanted to be down to 10st 7lb for ages and can't believe i'm so close to it :) then it will be 10st i want to be LOL! For the majority of my adult life i was 8st 3 then with the menopause, health problems and mediation i ended up over 11st - now i would be happy to be around 9st 7lbs but it seems a log way off at the minute - still, little steps seem to be working so far :D

    Hello Fairy,

Hope you're sitting down for what I'm about to say/type...this morning I actually tried running...well, jogging...well, staggering like a drunkard to be honest :D Decided to coax Hubby into trying the couch 2 5K running programme, boy am I unfit! Gotta kick start my health challenge though.

Not much stepping to report. Have kept on top of the washing and ironing, we sorted through all the loft junk, need to try and get crafty over the weekend now my craft room is no longer full of the loft junk.

Weigh in tomorrow morning, here's hoping it's good news :o

hahahahaha his missus i know exactly what you mean about staggering like a drunkard LOL! I used to run at least 10 miles a day and now i couldn't run round the house :o:o. The sofa to 5k thing sounds brilliant - i wish i could do it with you! My other half used to run a lot too and now can't for health reasons either - it drives us both mad! We are trying to find something that we can both do - but with 2 ole crocs its hard to find something lol! I'll be really interested to hear how you and your OH get on :D

I'm also getting a bit motivated by your cross stitching - i have some half finished and i really should try to get them out again - its hard to pick them up again though and figure out where you are i think - any tips??? :)

I seem to be having an aversion to ebay listing this week lol! really struggling to motivate myself in that direction, and swaggers for some reason :o

so yes they are rolling over yet again - i should add 1 to my item list for each day i don't list lol!

So today i would like to:

do ebay listings - ummmm no
swaggers daily target - uuuuuum no
check debt balance - ummmmm no - pattern emerging here lol!
    one poll
    app trailers - done :)
    get jam
    clean camera
    update blog - done :)
    post on fb page
do some work on web design course
do a monthly review of progress
    check zopa
    back up remainder of photos
hang up washing - done :)
read some more of book - done :)

think that will do me today - went to car boot and was frozen and sold hardly anything so feeling a bit grumpy atm - will be better once i can feel my toes again! :)
