  • I've done one of my 15 min walk, I had a bowl of cherrios and 1 crumpet instead of 2.
I just had a white roll with cheese spread and cucumber, had fruit stars and I switched the packet of crisps I was going to have. Swapped qauvers which were 88 calaories to pompom bears which are 77 calories lol. Still got 15 min walk back home.

Well done on cutting back a bit - i always find it hard to get started and cutting back is a good way to get over that hurdle :)

I ended up getting a chicken wrap while i was out and resisted the temptation to buy cookies :D i opted for a meal deal with fruit and a smoothie instead - VERY pleased with myself as i always buy something sweet when i'm out! I'm starting to get hungry now so am off to mooch for something tasty but healthy......wish me luck :rotfl::rotfl:

Aw don't worry charleybear we have all been there - temptation is just tooooooooooo hard to resist sometimes! Why not give yourself a challenge to do to make up for the fry and sweets - go for an hrs walk for example to help burn it off and then you wont feel like you have blown it :D keep trying and you will feel better for it!!

Well i had banana on rivita last night and yummy it was too :) got those rivita with seeds on them and i really liked them!! Today i was away at a car boot and despite being about 10 steps from the burger van i resisted that temptation :) when they came round with a little goody bag with chocolate muffins in them that was another story LOL! Am about to make some lunch - think i will have some soup :) no plans for dinner yet!

    Other steppy steps today:

Go to car boot - done :)
    empty car - done :)
    put clean washing away
    check ebay - done :)
    one poll - done :)
    swaggers
    app trailers
do some sorting out in this house
sort a box from the room of doom
tidy living room and kitchen yet again!!
    free bingo - done :)
    add purchases to spreadsheet

Lets see how i get on with that lot today :)

    Morning :D

Well i didn't get much done yesterday - i ended up watching Rocky instead :P I don't mind cos i enjoyed taking it easy and watching the film :D

Diet wise i 'slipped' and had some ice cream while watching the film but think its ok as i have been doing pretty well on the resisting temptation side! I weighed myself this morning and have actually lost a little bit - am now 10st 10.0 - i know its only a tiny amount but i figure 1lb at a time and hopefully i will be down to the 9lb number next weigh in :D

I had my usual porridge this morning but thats as far as my meal planning has gone today lol!

    Other steppy steps for today:

i want to go check out 2 local car boots to see if they are worth going to as a seller. - done :)
would like to go for a walk
move some car boot stuff out to the caravan
    check ebay - done :)
    one poll - done :)
    app trailers - done :)
    swaggers - done :)
    add purchases to spreadsheet

that will do to start with today :D

yes all the exercise from work will help counteract the fry and sweets I'm sure so it's not as bad as you thought :) we all slip up! be careful about thinking the work exercise means it's ok to eat whAt you want tho ;)

I'm out at an appointment atm so will step shortly :)
