    Hi guys,
Internet is working but not my computer grrrrr. So every now and again I can use the OHs laptop, hooray! :-)
I think a weightloss support challenge is a great idea. I am here for you all and I would love a bit of a kick up the bum with my eating habits as whilst I am quite slim I am definitely a secret eater!
I'm having a productive day today getting rid of lots on freecycle and tidying up.
Also got a few business bits done today. Hooray!
    Onwards and upwards
How have you all been today?
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D

No buying unnecessary toiletries challenge-in it for the long haul

I used to be a skinnie minnie with a secret eating habit too.......LOL! Always meant i ate far too much rubbish!! Its now taking me quite a lot of effort to change my bad habits so its a great idea to try and change them a bit now!

While at my appointment earlier i picked up some healthy diet leaflets - must have a read!

Have decided to take it easy this evening as i am exhausted - 1.5 hrs of psychiatric assessment is rather tiring......it did seem to go well though :)

Hello all! Sorry I have been AWOL for a while! I've barely stopped, what with work and Cubs but I think after tonight I can have a couple of evenings to myself! I have survived Cub pack holiday though, and had everything signed off to get my wood beads finally! Got a planning meeting in an hour (which will take half an hour to walk to) then my time is my own for a little while!

Just a couple of steps for today:
    1) Spend half an hour on my jigsaw done
    2) Go to cub planning meeting done
    3) Hand over remaining cash from pack holiday along with accounts done
    4) Sort 3 more recipe books (trying to do more cooking from scratch and knowing what recipes are in which book will help!)
    5) Have a shower done
    6) Have an early night done
    7) Watch Pitch Perfect

I do like the idea of the weightloss support challenge. While I don't need to lose weight, I would like to be more in shape so I'm going to aim to eat more healthily and complete my Tummy Toner DVD everyday...should maybe add that to my to do list, especially since it's only 10mins!

    8) Fitness DVD

Yep Fairy you are ABSOLUTELY right. I feel like Channel 4 is striking a chord with me at the moment with secret eaters AND the hoarder next door. There is a bit of me in both of those shows.

    Hello all

When I weighed myself on Fri morning I was 16:10 (eek!) but had lost 1lb - every pound is a small step, Fairy!

This weekend may have undone that 1lb though. Lots of drinking and food but not too much, I'm too old to party these days. Could've been a lot worse though...will see what the Wii Man says on Fri morning...

Tonight I have a busy night planned and little energy but I intend to:
    • do ironing
    • make some curry and lasagne to freeze and make packed lunches for tomorrow
    • check banks online, assess finances and pay CC bill
    • make Hubby clean bathroom and vac downstairs
    • do a dark wash IF the washing on radiators is dry (should've hung it out this morning but it looked too overcast...glorious sunshine now!)
