    Declutter 2018 in 2018 3/2018

  • In 2013 my goals are:
to stay out of debt and overpay the mortgage
to lose weight and get fitter without spending more money
to make the most of my appearance by using the cosmetics I have and by taking better care of my clothes, shoes etc
to rekindle my interest in crafting hobbies or sell/give away the equipment and materials
to declutter the house and then follow a cleaning routine
to train for a new career and get a new job
to try to use local, fresh produce in season and to avoid harmful chemicals for cleaning

As I keep going off track I thought I'd restate my goals every now and then.
My house move is progressing although I am spending more money than I'd planned for. I have applied for two jobs so far so i may be able to repair the finances soon.
I am walking and will swim when I move. I have started decluttering and packing. I have started a training course which involves two hours study a day

    Today's list:
Shower, condition and style my hair (no hot water over weekend) Pluck my eyebrows. Moisturise and wear lipstick.
    Washing out on the line
Sort washing up and tidy kitchen
Sort some paperwork, shred some old stuff. Sort one bag of "stuff" from the loft. Make three outstanding phone calls.
    Walk to the shop.
    Clean bathroom. Iron 6 items.
    Study for two hours.

It's a bit ambitious for me but I must start getting on with things now.

I will report back later and catch up with how everyone is doing.
Aiming to get healthy in 2014.

LOL!! It is great to hear you sounding so positive and happy about the job :D I know this might sound funny but i am so proud of you!!! Its great that you have made the transition back into working life and i'm sure you will learn to manage the housework at the same time - chances are it won't be just as sparkly as it was when you were at home all the time (and thats ok you know!! :D) xxx

whoop whoop :) i just sorted out another settlement for 3 more of my debts - that only leaves 2 to sort out and i will be debt free :D I am delighted i have to say! Once the payment has been made (am just waiting for the confirmation letter before i pay it!) that means i have managed my adjusted goal of reducing my debt by £10,000 this year. My goal was originally £5,000 and now its going to be getting completely debt free in 2013 :D I never even dreamed that was a possibility as my debt free date was 2038 when i started working on it with cccs. Just shows what finding this forum has done for me :D

Well done Fairy - you have done fab this year at tackling your debts!!

I think the migraines are contagious - mine started yesterday with a bad tension headache and seems to be getting progressively worse! I started on the kitchen and dining room but not finished yet, so rolling most of yesterdays list into my weekly one! Finally coloured my hair so the greys are gone! And Stanmore didn't want to cancel - they wanted to do a pre-op so trogged there today!

    This Week I want to:

    - Clean Kitchen until it sparkles
    - Tackle clothes and discover if dining area actually has a floor or if it just a vicious rumour
    - Clean Bathroom til it sparkles
    - Clean Shower Cubicle
    - Parcel and post ebay
    - Post Overpayent to CC
    - Pay ISME :)
    - 3 DY Reviews
    - Meet for lunch with C :)
    - Colour Hair :)
    - Get Ebay shop 1 over 100 items
    - Get Ebay shop 2 over 50 items
    - Book Car Park for Hols :)
    - Get quotes for Holiday Insurance :)
    - Take stuff to Cash4Clothes
    - Cash out £10 pp on Swaggers
    - 1000 pts on Trailer Apps
    - Sort out Junk for School Arts week :)
