Well everyone's been so busy.
Thank you for asking about my friend - it was a small procedure and her husband was going to take her but they had a row so she told him she would go on her own then got cold feet.:(
I'm up late today so will have to move faster:)
For today:
the usuals - drink water, snack on veggie sticks, walk, iron and practice typing.
Excavate fridge and freezer.
Wash, iron and pack away some out of season clothes.
Freecycle some items, and if I can find my camera, Ebay some others.
Shred some of my father's paper mountain.
Sort some more clothes for charity shop. I like to spread them over different shops so I pack them each a bag.
Gumtree father's unwanted wall unit.
Clean house in 15 minute bursts.
I that should do it for today.Aiming to get healthy in 2014.0 -

Tonight's steps when I get home from work
- Cook tea
- Ring my Dad
- Get friend's birthday card, write it address it and stamp!
- Ring Halifax to make a new payment plan for mortgage arrears
- Plan budget for March
- Clean kitchen surfaces
-Fold/iron washing
