Hope you all have a good day xxxx

Hmmmmm i got homework from the psych appointment - i have to try and find something that helps me to relax - no idea where to start with this one :( am not sure diazepam is the something she is talking about LOL!

    Hi,

@Fairyclicks - Probably not although I suspect that's the sort of answer I'd give as well! :rotfl:Maybe you could put down watching a tv show you like or listening to music, if those sort of things work for you.

Well, I finished the list. :j Admittedly, the last item on it was technically finished today, not yesterday, as it was after midnight when I did it but I'm not that fussed about that. :D So, onto writing the list for today.

    Today I will:
    [STRIKE]
Walk into town.[/STRIKE] Done. :D (I decided to drive instead as it was freezing this morning.
[STRIKE]Get certified copy of driver's licence from bank.[/STRIKE] Done. :D
[STRIKE]Take payslips into Housing Benefit office.[/STRIKE] Done. :D
[STRIKE]Walk back. (Cheating a bit here, I know. :rotfl:)[/STRIKE] Done. :D (Well, I drove back)
[STRIKE]Take bag to charity shop.[/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Wash more pots.[/STRIKE] Done. :D
[STRIKE]Write letter to go with certified copy of driver's licence.[/STRIKE] Done. :D
    [STRIKE]Post letter.[/STRIKE] Done. :D

    I've also:

Driven to Hanham to find out why my mechanic's stopped answering my calls. :D

I think that should do it.

Its funny how something as 'simple' as relaxing is alien to many of us......and its complicated i think as well - i can think back to the last time i felt relaxed which was actually yesterday when i was driving with the sun making it look like summer outside and i was playing the lightning seeds and singing away to myself :D but driving is certainly not always relaxing!! LOL Anyway i will see what i can come up with during the week!

Well done on finishing your list Kayleigh :D its a lovely sense of achievement when you get through a list isn't it? :D and no having walking back is not cheating at all - you could easily get a bus or taxi etc!!!

OK so my own list for today then:

try not to do my own head in trying to think about relaxing :rotfl::rotfl:
    tidy living room
    tidy kitchen
    wash dishes - done :)
make payment off cc 1 & 2 cos i got the letters through
phone tax office - done :)
    empty car
    set up printer
    parcel up ebay sales
sort photos for some ebay listings
try and empty at least one box from the spare room
look for insurance no claims proof
do some computer sorting cos its all slow and not working right :( - done :)
    check my credit file

    usual dailies:
    swagbucks - done :)
    one poll - done :)
clear out emails - yey now under 12,000 :D new target 11,000

    emails done today:
    my survey 165
    crowology £4 = claimed :D

Thats enough to be getting on with i think :D

    Happy Tuesday all :D xxxx

    Hi,

@Gothrockchick1 - Oh, that's awful! I hope you find someone else for the band soon.

Wow, two days running that I've finished my entire list! :jTbh, I'm starting to struggle to think of things to write! :rotfl: I've certainly got enough jobs on my list to keep me going for quite a while, it's just putting them into some kind of order now that I've burned through the first few ones that fast. I'll have a go though. :)

    Today I will:
    [STRIKE]Submit electric meter reading.[/STRIKE] Done. :D (The bill's gone up :()
    [STRIKE]Shower.[/STRIKE] Done. :D
Fill one carrier bag with shredded paper.
Put out shredded paper for recycling.
Take two bags of paper to tip.
    Buy rubber gloves.
    Buy Tipp-Ex.
Sort rest of catalogues (using Tipp-Ex to change the website address on them).

I think I'll leave it at that for today. If I make the list too much longer, I won't finish it all and I'm quite proud of getting it all done the last two days.

Aw no :( i always think things happen for a reason though, at least he told you now and not further down the road. Maybe someone better will be just around the corner waiting :D

Hope you get it sorted soon :) xxx

Today i'm just taking it a little step at a time - i had a really bad day yesterday as my psych appointment took a lot out of me and started my head on a silly track. I'm trying to battle the old negative thoughts as much as i can but it tires me out a lot.

Today i'm going to concentrate on getting my ebay sales packed up and hopefully get them posted as well - i will be delighted if i get that done. Done both :D

Other things i have managed today:

payment made for one of my cc's - thats another one gone :D i tried to pay another one but my card has been stopped for dodgy transactions :(
cooked up apples that were past their best ready to bake with :)
    put a wash on :)
    emptied the car :)

    swaggers daily target - :)
    one poll - done :)
    app trailers - done :)
    tapporo
    UR - done :) $16.01
    gift hulk - done :)
clear out some emails - New Target 11,000 -
exercise - lumping boxes in and out of the car yet again and up and down the stairs!!

  • Thanks everyone, he kind of started the band but something didn't "feel" right we didn't gel as I thought we would.

I have come out of this with lessons and a drive to take charge and get my own band sorted. I need to work on my skill.

My goodness its the end of Feb already and i thought time to do a quick review of my goals and see how much i have stuck to my plans etc

To reduce debt by [STRIKE]£5000[/STRIKE] £10,000

I am delighted to say i have smashed through the £5,000 goal and now the £10,000 goal as well :D I haven't actually paid all of that but negotiated final settlements on several debts - all the same it feels fab :D. This goal is now extended again to becoming debt free :D which i just can't wait for!

To start exercising 3 times a week

This has gone to pot yet again! I am def a bit more active than i was but actual exercise is just not happening - i haven't been too well is part of the reason and i've been busy with moving a lot of boxes so have been knackered too :o not sure how to get this going but i'm going to keep trying :)

To get rid of the boxes and boxes of stuff I have gathered up

now the car is back i have managed to do 3 car boot sales this month as well as keeping the ebay selling going - its going to take a long time to get through what i have but its well underway :)

    To join a sewing group

This would still be a no - i have hardly even thought about going if i'm honest - i may get onto this one nxt month!

To lose at least 1 stone in weight

Hmmm this one is still not going too well - I am going to weigh myself in the morning so i have a start weight and aim for at least 1lb a week in march

To do a business plan for my crafts and website

Still not started this at all - I have started an auction on my fb page which i have planned to help with the website, i really need to get the website cleared up though and remove old pics etc - that will be the first step in the plan to get done in March

To get my car back on the road

    done :)

    To sort my daily finances

    done :)

    Keep House Clean and Tidy

this has gone a bit haywire - moving all the boxes of stuff from the old house means they are now all over the place here - plan for march is to get all the boxes into one room so i can maintain the tidiness of the rest of the house at least

Get up to £1000 in my Zopa account

I am now in a position to start adding a bit of cash to this - just a little bit here and there, but it will help to boost it to my £1000 goal :D

Start the web design course - I have not even looked at it yet :o this really needs a bit of focus which i haven't really had this month, but i have paid for it and have wanted to do it for ages so its finger out time for March :D

Ok so overall feel quite good about how its been going so far - i will try to work on the ones i've been neglecting a bit this month and hopefully the smaller steps i have identified will help me get on the way with these. I don't think i have anything else to add at the minute and happy to keep plugging away at these ones for now :D
